Before your ceremony
Every ceremony package, including Rush Scheduling, is fully refundable at any time before your ceremony takes place, for any reason. To request a refund, email us at virtualsamedaymarriage@gmail.com with your names or order number and we will take care of it right away.
After your ceremony
Once your ceremony has taken place, the service has been delivered and payment is non-refundable. If anything about your ceremony or paperwork is not right, contact us. We will correct documents, re-issue paperwork, and make it right.
Add-on services
Apostille certificates, document translations, and name-change kits are refundable until the work has begun (for shipped kits, until the kit ships).
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
